In article 16 of the Western Isles Council (Brevig) Harbour Revision Order 1997 (Crown rights)97—

a

in paragraph (1)(a)—

i

after “Crown Estate Commissioners” insert “or a relevant person”, and

ii

at the end insert “or (as the case may be) that person”; and

b

after paragraph (1), insert—

In paragraph (1), “relevant person”, in relation to any property, rights or interests to which section 90B(5) of the Scotland Act 1998 applies, means the person who manages that property or those rights or interests.
