Title, commencement and extent

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Collection of Fines etc. (Northern Ireland Consequential Amendments) Order 2017.
(2) This Order comes into force —
(a)on the day after the day on which it is made, or
(b)if section 18 of the Justice Act (Northern Ireland) 2016(1) has not come into force by then, at the same time as it does.
(3) This Order extends to Northern Ireland only.
