14.—(1) Regulation 13(1)(1) (charges) is amended as follows.
(2) In sub-paragraph (a) for “12(6)(b)” substitute “12B(6)(d)”.
(3) In sub-paragraph (b) for “12(6)(c)” substitute “12B(6)(e)”.
