proposed improvement works, where the drainage body concerned requested an opinion about the scope and level of detail of information to be included in an environmental statement under regulation 8(1) of the 1999 Regulations in respect of the improvement works before 16th May 2017; and

proposed improvement works, where the drainage body concerned published an environmental statement under regulation 10(1) of the 1999 Regulations in respect of the improvement works before 16th May 2017.
