4.  In paragraph 1(a) of Part 2 (which specifies the drugs which are subject to control under that Act as Class B drugs)—

(a) after “Amphetamine.” insert—

“N-Benzyl-ethylphenidate.”;

(b) after “Ethylmorphine (3-ethylmorphine).” insert—

“Ethylnaphthidate.

Ethylphenidate.”;

(c) after “Glutethimide.” insert—

“Isopropylphenidate (IPP or IPPD).”;

(d) after “Methcathinone.” insert—

“Methylmorphenate.”

“Methylnaphthidate (HDMP-28).”;

(e) after “Propiram.” insert—

(f) after “Zipeprol.” insert—
