29.—(1) Regulation 4 (review) of the Terrorism Act 2000 and Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (Business in the Regulated Sector) (No 2) Order 2012 M1 is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (2) for “Directive 2005/60/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of the use of the financial system for the purpose of money laundering and terrorist financing” substitute “ Directive 2015/849/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 20th May 2015 on the prevention of the use of the financial system for the purpose of money laundering or terrorist financing ”M2 .
(3) In paragraph (4) for “the end of the period of five years beginning with the day on which this Order comes into force” substitute “ 26th June 2022 ”.
