SCHEDULE 2 U.K. Amendments to the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000

26.—(1) Section 218A M1 (regulators power to require information) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (1) M2 after “authorised persons” insert “ or recognised investment exchanges carrying on a regulated activity relating to a trading facility ”.

(3) In subsection (3) after paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa) to recognised investment exchanges mentioned in subsection (1) generally or only to specified exchanges or classes of exchange;”.
