26.—(1) Section 218A M1 (regulators power to require information) is amended as follows.U.K.
(2) In subsection (1) M2 after “authorised persons” insert “ or recognised investment exchanges carrying on a regulated activity relating to a trading facility ”.
(3) In subsection (3) after paragraph (a) insert—
“(aa)to recognised investment exchanges mentioned in subsection (1) generally or only to specified exchanges or classes of exchange;”.
