34.—(1) Section 312A M1 (exercise of passport rights by EEA market operator) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (1) M2 for “regulated market or specified multilateral trading facility” substitute “ trading venue ”.

(3) In subsection (2) for “market or facility” substitute “ venue ”.
