6.—(1) Schedule 3A to the Terrorism Act 2000 M1 (regulated sector and supervisory authorities) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph 1(5)(a) M2 for “point 14” substitute “ point 21 ”.
(3) In paragraph 3(1) M3, in the definition of “the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive”, for the words from “2004/36/EC” to “2004” substitute “ 2014/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 15 May 2014 ”.
