The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 9(1), 10(1), 11(1), 25(1) and (3) of the Antarctic Act 1994(1).
1994 c.15; section 9(1) was amended by the Antarctic Act 2013 (c.15) sections 14(1) and (2)(c); section 10(1) was amended by the Antarctic Act 2013 sections 14(1), 14(2)(d), 15(1) and 15(2)(a); and section 11(1) was amended by the Antarctic Act 2013 section 14(1) and14(2)(e).
