Regulation 29 of the Transitional Provisions Regulations is amended as follows—

a

in paragraph (1)(b)(i), for “paragraphs 14 to 16 of Schedule 2” substitute “paragraph 16 of Schedule 2”;

b

in paragraph (1)(b)(ii), for “paragraphs 16 to 18 of Schedule 6” substitute “paragraph 18 of Schedule 6”; and

c

in paragraph (1)(b)(iii), for “paragraphs 15 to 17 of Schedule 3” substitute “paragraph 17 of Schedule 3”.
