14.—(1) Before placing a product on the market, a manufacturer must ensure that the product is labelled with—
(a)the manufacturer’s name;
(b)their registered trade name or registered trade mark; and
(c)an address, which is the single point at which they can be contacted.
[F1(2) Where it is not possible to provide the information referred to in paragraph (1) on the product, the manufacturer must ensure that the information is provided—
(a)on the packaging; or
(b)in a document accompanying the product.]
