18.  In article 14(3) of the Export Control (Iran Sanctions) Order 2016 M1 —

(a) in paragraph (a), after “EU authorisation”, insert “ or licence ”; and

(b) in paragraph (b), after “EU authorisation”, insert “ or licence ”.
