4.—(1) In this Order—
“the 1979 Act” means the Customs and Excise Management Act 1979 M1;
“EU authorisation” means an authorisation granted under Article 2(5), 2(7), 2a(3), 3a(1), 3a(3), 4(4) of the North Korea Regulation; and
“the North Korea Regulation” means Council Regulation (EC) No 329/2007 M2 concerning restrictive measures against the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, and a reference to an Annex to that Regulation is a reference to that Annex as amended from time to time.
(2) An expression used in both this Order and in the North Korea Regulation has the meaning that it bears in that Regulation.
