Amendment of regulation 98
In regulation 9 (interpretation), in the definition of “Student Support Regulations”—
a
renumber paragraphs (c) and (d) as paragraphs (a) and (b) respectively;
b
in paragraphs (a) and (b), after “any Regulations made”, insert “in respect of student loans”.
