3. From 16th August 2017 until commencement of section 1(1) of the 2017 Act, section A2B(4) of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009(1) is to be read as if for “the Institute” there were substituted “the IfA”(2).
The IfA is the body corporate established under section ZA1 of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 (c. 22) (“the Institute for Apprenticeships”) and referred to as the IfA in subsection (2) of that section.
