The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 26(1), (2) and (5) of the Fire Services Act 19471, sections 34(1) to (4) of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 20042, and section 12 of the Superannuation Act 19723, as applied by section 16(3) of that Act.
The Secretary of State has consulted in accordance with section 34(5) of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004.
