The Coasting Schools (England) Regulations 2017

Coming into force in accordance with regulation 1

The Secretary of State for Education makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 60B(2) and (3) and 181(2)(a) of the Education and Inspections Act 20061 and section 2B(5) of the Academies Act 20102.

In accordance with section 182(3)(aza) of the Education and Inspections Act 20063 a draft of this instrument has been laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
