Amendment of the Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 199622.
(1)
The Jobseeker’s Allowance Regulations 199631 are amended as follows.
(2)
In regulation 78 (circumstances in which a person is to be treated as being or not being a member of the household), in paragraph (4), in sub-paragraph (a), for “section 23(2)(a)” substitute “section 22C(2)”.
(3)
In Schedule 7 (sums to be disregarded in the calculation of income other than earnings), in paragraph 27(a), for paragraph (i) substitute—
“(i)
section 22C(2) of the Children Act 1989 (ways in which looked after children are to be accommodated and maintained),”.
