3. In the following provisions of Schedule 4 to the Housing and Regeneration Act 2008(1) (powers: statutory undertakers), for “the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport” substitute “the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport”—
(a)paragraph 8(4)(b),
(b)paragraph 15(2)(b), and
(c)paragraph 40(1)(b).
