Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by section 36 of the Immigration Act 19711, section 12(5) of the Immigration Act 19882, section 170(7) of the Immigration and Asylum Act 19993, section 63(3) of the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 20064 and section 76(6) of the Immigration Act 20145, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order as follows:
