For the purposes of section 25(4) of the Act (continuity option 2: resolving triggering event) (or, where applicable, of section 25(4)(d) as substituted by paragraph 5(c) of Schedule 2 to the Act), the notification must be given before the end of the 14 days beginning with the date on which the triggering event was, in the trustees’ opinion, resolved.
