34.  In section 250(1) (management transfer: supplemental)—

(a) in subsection (4), before paragraph (aa) insert—

“(za) the HCA,”,

(b) in subsection (7), after paragraph (b) insert—

“(ba) the HCA,”,

(c) in subsection (8), before paragraph (aa) insert—

“(za) the HCA,”.
