2. The following provisions of the Financial Guidance and Claims Act 2018 come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made—
(a)Section 27(1) to (14) (transfer to FCA of regulation of claims management services); and
(b)Schedule 4 (regulation of claims management services: transfer schemes).
