12. In Schedule 3 to the Universal Credit, Personal Independence Payment, Jobseeker’s Allowance and Employment and Support Allowance (Decisions and Appeals) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016(1) (decisions against which no appeal lies), in paragraph 14 (European Community regulations), after “1408/71”, insert, “, as amended from time to time,”.
