These Regulations may be cited as the Merchant Shipping (Work in Fishing Convention) (Survey and Certification) Regulations 2018.

These Regulations, other than regulations 7 and 9 to 14, come into force on 30th November 2018; regulations 7 and 9 to 14 come into force on 30th November 2019.
