3.—(1) The Tuberculosis (England) Order 2014(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In article 2, omit the definition of “tuberculosis-free status”.
(3) In article 8—
(a)in paragraph (4), omit the words from “or” to “policy”;
(b)in paragraph (6)(e), for “of the loss of tuberculosis-free status” substitute “that it is a restricted herd”.
(4) In article 10(4), for “loses its tuberculosis-free status” substitute “is a restricted herd”.
S.I. 2014/2383, to which there are amendments not relevant to these Regulations.
