Amendment of the Ship Recycling Facilities Regulations 2015 U.K.

13.—(1) The Ship Recycling Facilities Regulations 2015 M1 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 2 (interpretation), in the definition of “the European List”, after “established” insert “ and updated from time to time ”.
