26.  In section 33A of the Judicial Pensions Act 1981 M1 (voluntary contributions)—

(a) in subsection (9)—

(i) in the definition of “authorised provider”, omit paragraphs (b) (together with the final “or”) and (c);

(ii) in the definition of “insurer”, omit paragraph (b);

(b) omit subsections (9B) to (9E).
