26. In section 33A of the Judicial Pensions Act 1981 M1 (voluntary contributions)—
(a)in subsection (9)—
(i)in the definition of “authorised provider”, omit paragraphs (b) (together with the final “or”) and (c);
(ii)in the definition of “insurer”, omit paragraph (b);
(b)omit subsections (9B) to (9E).
