53. In regulation 34 of the Lasting Powers of Attorney, Enduring Powers of Attorney and Public Guardian Regulations 2007 (security given under regulation 33(2)(a): requirement for endorsement), in paragraph (5)—
(a)in the definition of “authorised insurance company”, omit paragraph (b);
(b)in the definition of “authorised deposit-taker”, omit paragraph (b).
