This Order is made in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 60(1), (2), (3)(d), (e), (h), (n) and (q) and 61(1)(a) of, and paragraph 2 of Part 3 of Schedule 13 to, the Civil Aviation Act 19821.
Her Majesty, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, orders as follows:
