Paragraph 37(1) of Schedule 8 to the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 does not apply to a decision by the European Securities and Markets Authority to recognise a central counterparty under Article 25 of the EMIR Regulation where that decision is in force immediately before F1IP completion day.
