Article 13Power to amend technical requirements

The Treasury may by regulations made by statutory instrument amend the Annex, in order to take account of technical progress and market developments.

Any such regulations may—

a

contain incidental, supplemental, consequential and transitional provision, and

b

make different provision for different purposes.

A statutory instrument containing regulations under this Article is subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.
