These Regulations may be cited as the Trailer Registration Regulations 2018.

This regulation and Schedule 1 come into force on the day after the day on which these Regulations are made and all other provisions come into force as prescribed in Schedule 1.

These Regulations apply to the United Kingdom, except for paragraph 1 of Schedule 3, which applies to Great Britain.
