PART 2 N.I. Amendments to secondary legislation

Amendments to the Planning (Local Development Plan) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 N.I.

3.  Regulation 14 of the Planning (Local Development Plan) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015(1) shall be amended as follows—

(a) in paragraph (1)(a) omit “by pursuing those objectives through the controls described in Article 13 of the Directive”;

(b) in paragraph (1)(b)(iii), for the words “Article 5 of the Directive” substitute “regulation 5 of the Control of Major Accident Hazards Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015(2)”; and

(c) omit paragraph (2).
