2. In this Order—
“the 1988 Act” means the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988;
“the 2000 Order” means the Fixed Penalty Order 2000(1); and
“the 2009 Order” means the Road Safety (Financial Penalty Deposit) Order 2009(2).
