The Cattle Identification Regulations 20072 are amended as follows.

In regulation 2(1), in the definition of “cattle passport”, for sub-paragraph (a) substitute—
a
a cattle passport issued in England under regulation 6 of, and schedule 3 to, these Regulations or the equivalent measures in Wales or Scotland;

In regulation 10(3)(h), for “a representative of the European Commission or any other” substitute “any”.

In Schedule 1, omit paragraph 8.

In Schedule 2, in the heading to paragraph 4 and in paragraph 4(1), for “another” substitute “a”.
