The Cattle Identification Regulations 2007

2.—(1) The Cattle Identification Regulations 2007(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 2(1), in the definition of “cattle passport”, for sub-paragraph (a) substitute—

“(a) a cattle passport issued in England under regulation 6 of, and schedule 3 to, these Regulations or the equivalent measures in Wales or Scotland;”

(3) In regulation 10(3)(h), for “a representative of the European Commission or any other” substitute “any”.

(4) In Schedule 1, omit paragraph 8.

(5) In Schedule 2, in the heading to paragraph 4 and in paragraph 4(1), for “another” substitute “a”.

(6) In Schedule 3, in part 2, omit paragraph 13(2).
