3.—(1) The Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988 M1 is amended as follows.
(2) In section 36(11)(a) (disqualification until test is passed) M2, for “another” substitute “ an ”.
(3) In section 91A(7)(b)(i) (application to Community licence holders) M3, for “another” substitute “ an ” .
