103. In the Schedule to the Legal Aid, Sentencing and Punishment of Offenders Act 2012 (Referral Fees) Regulations 2013(1) (meaning of referral fees authorised person), in paragraph 3 insert at the end—
“(h)a regulated claims management activity (within the meaning given by section 417(1) of the 2000 Act (definitions)).”.
