In article 12 (communications to overseas recipients)—
a
in paragraph (1) for “paragraphs (2) and (7)” substitute “paragraphs (2), (7) and (8)”; and
b
after paragraph (7) insert—
8
Paragraph (1) does not apply to any communication in respect of a controlled claims management activity.
