18. In article 17 (generic promotions)—
(a)at the end of sub-paragraph (a) omit “and”;
(b)at the end of sub-paragraph (b) insert “; and”;
(c)after sub-paragraph (b) insert—
“(c)does not identify (directly or indirectly) any person as a person who carries on a controlled claims management activity.”.
