In article 20 (communications by journalists) in paragraph (3)—
a
in sub-paragraph (b) after “paragraph (4)” insert “or to a controlled claims management activity”;
b
in sub-paragraph (c) after “controlled investment” insert “or who carries on or engages in the controlled claims management activity”.
