Continuation of injunction applications made by the Regulator59

This article applies to an application for an injunction (“a relevant application”) which—
a
was made by the Regulator under section 8(1) of the 2006 Act)98; and
b
on 1st April 2019, has not been determined by the court.

The FCA may continue the relevant application and is for that purpose substituted for the Regulator as a party to that application.
