CHAPTER 2Authorisation and regulation of 2006 Act authorised persons
Fees and invoices64

This article applies where—
a
the Regulator issued an invoice to a person under regulation 15(1)(b) of the 2006 Regulations (determinations of fees); and
b
on 1st April 2019, that person has not paid the Regulator the amount of the annual fee in accordance with the invoice.

The amount payable under the invoice is payable to the FCA.

If the whole or any part of the amount payable under the invoice has not been paid within one month after the date on which the invoice was issued, the FCA may recover the amount outstanding as a civil debt.
