77. Paragraph 11 of Schedule 17 to the 2000 Act(1) (privilege) applies to proceedings in relation to a relevant complaint, and is to be read for those purposes as if the reference to the compulsory jurisdiction included a reference to the jurisdiction of the new scheme enacted by this Chapter.
