62.—(1) The Companies Act 2006 M1 is amended in accordance with this regulation.
(2) In section 1099(3), for paragraph (c) substitute—
“(c)UK Economic Interest Groupings;
(ca)EEIG establishments, within the meaning of regulation 2(1) of the European Economic Interest Grouping Regulations 1989;”.
(3) In section 1286(1)—
(a)at the end of paragraph (c), omit “and”;
(b)at the end of paragraph (d), insert “ and ”;
(c)after paragraph (d), insert—
“(e)UK Economic Interest Groupings,”.
