7. In paragraph 6(2)(b) (scope of Part 3), for sub-paragraph (ii) substitute—
“(ii)the defendant pleads guilty to one or more counts on the indictment and the prosecution offer no evidence on a remaining count, or otherwise do not proceed to trial on a remaining count.”.
